Both. We design it, supply it and install it with our own team — cabinetry, worktops and the plumbing, electrics and tiling that go with them, sequenced so the trades don't trip over each other. You deal with the same people from the first drawing to the snagging walk-round, and you have one number to ring if something needs sorting.

Nothing. The design consultation and the quote are free and non-binding — come to the showroom, talk it through, take the drawings and the itemised costs away, and decide in your own time. If the scheme doesn't suit your room or your budget, we would rather tell you that early than sell you something you'll regret.

A rough sketch of the room with the wall lengths on it — a phone photo with the measurements written on is perfectly fine — plus photos of the space, and any pictures of kitchens you've saved. It also helps enormously to know what annoys you about your current kitchen: not enough worktop, the bin in the wrong place, nowhere to put the shopping down. That tends to shape the design more than the pretty pictures do.

Yes — for natural stone worktops we'll arrange a trip to the yard so you can see whole slabs and pick the exact one you want, rather than ordering from a small sample. Granite and quartzite in particular vary enormously from slab to slab, so the piece you stand in front of really does matter.

German handleless ranges, traditional painted and timber kitchens, shaker, and fully bespoke hand-crafted cabinetry for rooms that won't take standard sizes. We also design fitted bedrooms and wardrobes, and supply and fit worktops in quartz, granite, sintered stone, solid surface and timber.

It depends on the size of the room and the range you choose, so we'll give you a realistic programme with your quote rather than a number plucked from the air. What's worth knowing up front is the shape of it: there's a lead time between order and delivery, the fit itself runs over a period of days, and stone worktops are templated after the base units are in and levelled — which is why there is always a short gap between the cabinets going in and the worktop arriving.

Either. Plenty of our kitchens go into extensions and renovations where a builder is already on site, and we'll coordinate our dates with theirs. If there's no builder, we handle the strip-out, the services and the finishing ourselves. What we'd always ask is that structural work, new windows and floor levelling are finished before the technical survey — those measurements are what the cabinetry gets ordered from.
